Warehouse.Space is a logistics and order fulfilment service for businesses that which products online and want to grow their business into new global markets.

Thanks to our software and service, we can pick, pack and dispatch products to your customers with same day delivery to a number of major cities, with next day for many more.

You can send your products to one or several distribution centers in the UK, Estonia, Spain, Italy, The Netherlands, Russia, Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand.

Get free storage space

The more you ship, the more you benefit because here at Warehouse.Space we give you free storage space.

The space is allocated on a pallet basis and you will get two free pallets of storage for as many products as you like.

To receive space for two free pallets in our warehouse, you will need to make sure you ship at least 25 orders per week.

Prevent shipping disputes

Warehouse.Space iPad app makes it possible to prevent any shipping disputes by ensuring your staff pick and pack orders correctly, by recording and sharing the packing of orders.

Our iPad app allows the operator to scan every item, confirming that the correct item has been picked.

As each item packed is validated, you can share the packing video with your customers so that they can see the order has been correctly packed.

Before shipping your products to our warehouse, you will need to create your account and connect your online store to Warehouse.Space by using one of our plugins.

Within a few minutes you will have your inventory within your online warehouse, ready to be shipped to the Warehouse.Space distribution center, which is closest to your customers.

This is how you will significantly reduce your shipping costs and increase the speed of product delivery, thus making your business more competitive.

There are a selection of plugins currently available including: WooCommerce, Amazon, ebay, Shopify, Magento and PrestaShop.

Warehouse.Space has distribution warehouses located around the world, so that your products can be closer to your customers. This minimizes shipping time, guarantees fast delivery and reduces the costs involved.

Ship your products to any of our distribution warehouses and we will store your products safely and securely.

We are able to service 112 locations throughout Australia and New Zealand. All operations are highly secure, with full CCTV security cameras. Many locations are 24/7 supervised by an onsite resident manager.

Creating Inventory

There are several ways to create and manage your inventory in Warehouse.Space. The easiest way, is to connect your online store to your Warehouse.Space account, using one of our plugins for your online store. When you use one of our plugins, your inventory data will be automatically synced from your online store to your Warehouse.Space account.

If you’re a XERO, Netsuite or other cloud-based ERP, you can also connect directly to your Warehouse.Space account, by using our connectors for these products.

Managing Inventory

If you need to edit existing inventory, or you want to create new inventory, you only need to do this in your online store or ERP, as any changes you make will be automatically updated in your Warehouse.Space account.

Once you have synced your inventory data, you can send your inventory to any of our distribution warehouses for storage, ready to pick, pack and ship to your customer.

We have plugins to connect with most eCommerce platforms. You can connect your WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop, eBay, Xero and Magento stores and we are constantly working on other plugins, so email us and ask if we have a plugin for your online store.

Ship your items with Warehouse.Space to Europe, Asia, America and Oceania. We have warehouses in the UK, Estonia, Spain, Italy, Singapore, Hong Kong, Russia, Australia, The Netherlands and New Zealand.

Depending on the number of shipments you ship per week, you will be given a specific amount of free storage in our warehouse. The more you ship, the more space you’ll get.

The space is allocated on a pallet basis and you will get two free pallets of storage for as many products as you like.

To get two free pallets in our warehouse, you will need to ship at least 25 orders per week. The free space is allocated in the warehouse where you are shipping the required amount. Additional pallet storage is available if needed, please contact us for rates.

The minimum order for two free storage space units (two EU Pallets) is:

  • Mini Storage - 25 orders per week
  • Vertical storage - 50 orders per week

All prices are in USD, GBP (British Pound Sterling), or Euro based on the location of the warehouses where you are storing your inventory.

Storage fees:

  • Standard storage fee per month is $10 for 2 pallet locations
  • Minimum order for free storage space units is 25 orders per week

Handling Fees:

Shipment Fees:

Shipment fees are related to the physical delivery of an order to a customer by a transport company such as a courier or the postal service.

The actual shipping fee charged to deliver the shipment is passed directly onto you, and of course every delivery will have a different fee.

You have complete control over product returns from your customers. To approve a return, simply go to the shipments section, locate the required order within the completed orders section, and then from the action menu approve the order to be returned.

You will be able to tell us to either re-stock, destroy or return ship to you, it’s up to you.
